DR.PHILLIPS JINGLE JAZZ IS CANCELLED

Due to bad weather coming our way we had to cancel the Jingle Jazz event in the Dellagio, Dr. Phillips scheduled for Friday, Dec.18th.

Good Afternoon and Happy Holidays!

First and foremost, I would like to thank all of you for your partnership in ensuring the success of the parade next Tuesday. This unique memorable experience for our clients is sure to be great exposure for you!

The resort will be rockin’ next week with 100% occupancy, which means over 4000 people staying on property! Our parade has been advertised in the Mystic Dunes Tribune, will be advertised at the Monday Night Welcome Party (when our clients assist with decorating carts) and also in a voice blast that will go out to all villas on Monday afternoon.

Currently, we have the following sponsors committed to attend with promotional vehicles and collateral/candy to hand out to the clients:

EAST ORLANDO SUN NEWSPAPER INTERVIEW

I was just interviewed by the East Orlando Sun Newspaper regarding the market in Lake Nona. They will be there this Sunday checking us out and talking to the vendors. Good things are happening and will continue to happen. Omar.

NEW THINGS ARE HAPPENING.

We have a lot going on for december and january.

saturdays, 8-2pm at lake butler/windermere, 4008 winter garden/vineland rd., orlando, fl. 34787.

we just partnered up with the “southwest orlando bulletin newspaper” in placing ads and doing editorials with them. the beginning of january will be the soonest our ads start coming out. the paper has a circulation of over 35,000 and serves the areas of dr.phillips, windermere/isleworth, kirkman, winter garden, metrowest, sw orlando, gotha and ocoee. we will also be posting signs along the roads and sidewalks along with a large hanging banner on the corner. the ads, the signs, the online advertising and word of mouth will make this market a success.

we partnered up with “insight magazine” in placing ads and doing editorials. the ads will start in the beginning of january. the magazine has a direct mail circulation of over 20,000 with the average income of $85k or above and to over 1,000 small to medium size businesses. direct mailed in 4 different zip codes including lake nona and innovation way corridor. ciculated to over 100 business locations throughout the distribution area and beyond. i will also begin to attend weekly networking breakfasts in lake nona to help spread the word. we have begun incorporating music with the markets and will begin to hire live acts.

we are officially signed and confirmed for this market. our first event here will be on tuesday, dec.22 from 9-1pm. i signed us up for tuesday because they are having their “golf cart parade” and i thought it would be a great way to get noticed and let people know that we will be there every monday morning. some of the people sponsoring this parade are universal studios and the orlando fire dept. we will be posted near the front gate with signs on the median and a large hanging banner. mystic dunes has their activity/evenst calendar that gets distributed to all of their guests and units via magazine and internet. we are showcased on it.

FRIDAY, DEC. 18, 2009, 4PM-9PM...JINGLEJAZZ AT THE DELLAGIO, DR.PHILLIPS

We are actively looking for more arts and crafts vendors looking to join us for this event in Dr. Phillips. It will be an outdoor event in an amazing area in Dr.Phillips, Florida.
This can generate a nice cash flow right before the holidays. We can fit over 50 vendors in the allotted space given. We will have live acts performing along with numerous models displaying the latest fashions. We are also asking the vendors to decorate their tents with Christmas lights. The winning tent will take home a Christmas basket valued at over $350. We are also asking our vendors to dress in either white and red or both if you like. We want to put a good showing and look uniformed. For this event we are asking that you PRE-PAY to reserve a spot. The price for VENDORS is $35. Please see me or call me for more information.

Regardless of the weather we are still going to set-up at Lake Butler/ Windermere on Saturday from 8am-2pm.
We might adjust the times, but we will be there.
